My experience was excellent from the time that I met Matthew at the Sudbury dealership to the moment I collected the car. I was disappointed not to have the car picked up and delivered - I live some distance from Lookers at Sudbury and so bringing the car in myself involved a friend having to give up her afternoon. I didn't understand the reasoning since people had to be inside the car for the service and MOT. Apart from that, everything was completely satisfactory, as usual.
