Always a pleasant and straight forward service experience with Mark. Always fits my vehicle in early and even spoke with the sales department on my behalf to arrange the test drive of a newer demo model whilst mine was being serviced. The sales team also beyond helpful in the arranging of that. Despite moving slightly further away I will continue to use the Sudbury Lookers branch for all my servicing, parts and sales questions.

The whole experience was easy and transparent, but I felt harassed by the amount of emails, texts and phone calls I received (7 in total) one of which was just after 8am the day before. All reminding me of my booking with Lookers. One text the day before would have be sufficient.
