Have purchased a car in the past and definitely would again Had the car I was after been as advertised on autotrader I would probably of purchased it unfortunately it was advertised as automatic and was actually a manual so disappointing Noticed this error was quickly adjusted next day

I felt the final signings ect were unnecessarily complex. l'm not the brightest star, but thicker people than me buy cars!!

Unfortunately Ford don't produce a true hybrid car only a mild hybrid and therefore despite the assistance of the sales team the Puma was not the car for me.

I was interested in a Ford Fiesta you had in stock, and was kindly shown the car by Gracie and saw inside, the car was for my son so there was no need for me to test drive. He was to return to do that later. The car was very well presented, and it was top of our list, however we had another appointment in Colchester Lookers that afternoon to see other fiestas one of which we went on to buy, a slightly younger car with more equipment and in a colour my son preferred. We will be using Lookers Sudbury to have his new car serviced next year and if there are any other problems Sudbury branch will be receiving our custom. The only negative comment I could make would be that it was a shame there were not more used Fiestas on show, but I expect that’s because they are so popular. There was only a couple that met our criteria and only one that exactly fitted it. Our criteria was Fiesta, under £10,000, as new as possible with the low mileage and Navigation, but not an ST due to insurance costs. The car my son went on to buy is very lovely and he is pleased with it. I was fully satisfied with the experience at Lookers Sudbury.
