I recently purchased a Kuga at the Leeds branch on the day we arranged collection what I thought was straight forward I ended up there 2 and. Half hours spending most of the time sitting in the showroom on my own when the paper work was finished was going to be sent away without a 3 pin changer had to drive to the other site to pick one up after showing the sales person pictures of them in boot . When finally getting home looking in the boot the parcel shelf was missing I connected the sales person who said he would drop it off in a couple of days which I collected my self and the charging cable in boot is for a Peugeot and not a Ford as expected.Then on connecting the car to the app it came up with a recall for the battery to only charge to 80% and driver in ev auto only after booking it in to my local ford dealer for the recall they said it should have been done before letting me take the car or at least warning me of the recall so not been able to drive the car as should.So not a very good experience with this branch.

purchased car end of February, since day 1 has experienced issues with the vehicle, had to take it back to branch as was not getting response to calls and emails. vehicle pressure sensor issues. service history documents were not provided. returned with vehicle in may for issue with the brakes. have continued to contact the dealership but never hears back and feels ignored now. is not willing to pay for repairs that she raised while she still had a warranty in place.

I recently brought a Geely Starray from your Leeds dealership I wanted to take this time to say thank you. Firstly Elena was fantastic really helpful and answered any questions I had about the car and was very helpful in the dealings with my finance company when the finance companys software wasn't working correctly. Secondly, Leo he was lovely picked us up from the train station which was extremely helpful. He again asked the questions I had about my new car and explained all about how to use it. I am over the moon with my Geely and it was a really pleasurable experience purchasing it.

From start to finish the service has been outstanding and Daniel went above and behind to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Geely products and made sure i knew everything about my new car before I drove away.
