James dealt with my car very well keeping me fully informed of progress as the car was with you. Unfortunately when I came in to drop off despite numerous service people in the office no one came out to deal with me or acknoledge my presence.

Any concerns or queries were taken seriously and acted upon in a timely manner. All staff from the cleaner to sales team were friendly and helpful. The sales executive assigned to me interacted well with his colleagues to ensure that any problems could be addressed and went the extra mile to do so.
