Everything before the handover was excellent very happy, little disappointed when collecting the car due to having to wait over an hour past are collection time because a member of staff was ill which can’t be helped, but that made it past 5pm and we didn’t get shown the controls and how things worked and I didn’t have a clue because we didn’t test drive the car either.

Exceeded my expectations ! They made an effort to release my car same day rather than having to retain it, for a driver, till Monday. Even my dog guard was removed as I no longer own a dog. And of course a great wash and vacuum. Well done
