I tried to book online but it didn't give the options I needed so I had to phone. The person I spoke to was aware of the issues so maybe this is something you need to have a look at. Most things seemed to go ok, but I was a bit surprised when Lookers said the service would cost me £432 when Jaguar suggest considerably less and the cost was supposed included when I bought the car from Lookers. Turned out ok in the end (it was included) but doesn't do anything to improve the customer experience.

The gentleman that delivered the car took the time to explain all the features and nothing seemed too much trouble.

6. Had to return to the Dealership to collect spare key which was not available at the time of purchase (2hrs wait)

Lookers website is excellent, very easy to configure finance options on different purchase options. Works better than manufacturer site.

Car service was slightly delayed (overnight). Customer Service from James (Green) was very good indeed. Kept me informed throughout the process, very pleased and will return.

You couldn't fix my car and I had to rebook for 6 weeks from now - hire some more mechanics!

It took too long to fix my car. I was quoted a time but it was away far longer causing a lot of pressure getting people to take me everywhere or booking taxis
