There is a boot lid alignment issue which I apparently need to return to the body shop to adjust. Why not do it while servicing?

The paperwork transposed the actual mileage on the vehicle, meaning all Lookers paperwork incorrectly states the vehicle mileage on the date the work was undertaken.

The work took too long but I know they’re short staffed. Not as good as it was. Whilst I was there a member of staff was told off by a new young lady staff member on the desk. Not professional.

I was initially offered a 48-month PCP on the website, but it then transpired they could not offer longer than a 36-month. That aside, all good.
