Excellent customer service by the team, particularly Tom. Also resolved a problem with my app with the sales teams.

Everything before the handover was excellent very happy, little disappointed when collecting the car due to having to wait over an hour past are collection time because a member of staff was ill which can’t be helped, but that made it past 5pm and we didn’t get shown the controls and how things worked and I didn’t have a clue because we didn’t test drive the car either.

Exceeded my expectations ! They made an effort to release my car same day rather than having to retain it, for a driver, till Monday. Even my dog guard was removed as I no longer own a dog.And of course a great wash and vacuum.Well done

I tried to book online but it didn't give the options I needed so I had to phone. The person I spoke to was aware of the issues so maybe this is something you need to have a look at.Most things seemed to go ok, but I was a bit surprised when Lookers said the service would cost me £432 when Jaguar suggest considerably less and the cost was supposed included when I bought the car from Lookers. Turned out ok in the end (it was included) but doesn't do anything to improve the customer experience.

The gentleman that delivered the car took the time to explain all the features and nothing seemed too much trouble.

6. Had to return to the Dealership to collect spare key which was not available at the time of purchase (2hrs wait)
