Only one point - my vehicle is an XF 'S 3.0 diesel covering about 70,500 miles - first registered in 2012, and purchased from Lookers as an Approved Vehicle in 2016. According to Jaguar recommendations the cam belts should be changed after 7 years, however the service carried out in 2019/20 did not appear to have that work done according to the recorded service data.

Chloe was v. good at looking after us & kept us informed on the day. Your system seemed much better than they were awhile ago on the actual service day. You are so far away from where we live --we bought from Amersham--- we will probably use your collection & return service next time. Plus the fact that you are situated so far from any "civilisation" unless it is a nice day to walk down to the canal!! We also find your automated telephone booking in system is very long winded to actually get to the point of booking our car in for it's service instead of talking to a real person. We were not informed of the £18 collection service until we were in your premises by Chloe which was too late too to use that day.

Emergency breakdown visit. The response was exemplary. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a lift home and the problem was then found parts ordered and car fixed in excellent time. Had been valeted and a full check reported to me. Could not have asked for better services.

the car was in due to problems from when I bought it, however I couldnt get booked in for nearly two months due to needing a loan car. When I turned up no loan car was available, one was found by Josh which meant I could get back home and continue driving to work.

As the dealership is isolated, perhaps a snack vending machine might be an idea. Living in Amersham I have to wait all day for the car to be repaired. Alternatively, have a few pool cars available so that customers can return home and come back 5 hours or so later.
