The paperwork transposed the actual mileage on the vehicle, meaning all Lookers paperwork incorrectly states the vehicle mileage on the date the work was undertaken.

The work took too long but I know they’re short staffed. Not as good as it was. Whilst I was there a member of staff was told off by a new young lady staff member on the desk. Not professional.

I was initially offered a 48-month PCP on the website, but it then transpired they could not offer longer than a 36-month. That aside, all good.

I had to call the dealership to receive an initial update circa 10 days after they had taken in my car. Also, whilst the inside of the car was immaculate when I collected it, the outside was very dirty.
