Service took 4 hours - was advised it would take 1.5 - 2 hours - which was rather disappointing considering there was no extra work required.

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about the home EV charger installation that was supposed to be included in the deal; an electric car without a home charger is a challenge, to put it mildly. Would appreciate it if someone could expedite this.

First class service from start to finish. I drove the car in with no notice and the staff in the service department were brilliant throughout. Even arranged me a lift home which I wasn't expecting. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair and the car was delivered back to me with great ceremony by Waz and Terry when the repair was complete. Thank you all.
