I think you need a full time receptionist or two at the front desk , to welcome visitors, and field incoming calls. First time I rang, I waited for 3 mins before hanging up. Also , salesmen’s business cards , should have their mobile numbers on them. It’s very hard getting hold of a particular individual via the main showroom phone line.

Good natured team kept me pretty well informer through the 4 week repair process - that seemed a bit long
