No Courtesy cars available, so had to get cad there and back costing over £50 even though booked a month in advance

I think you need a full time receptionist or two at the front desk , to welcome visitors, and field incoming calls. First time I rang, I waited for 3 mins before hanging up.Also , salesmen’s business cards , should have their mobile numbers on them. It’s very hard getting hold of a particular individual via the main showroom phone line.

No finance plan needed and as it was a new car no service option was needed. Overall delighted that the car arrived ahead of expectations and good communication throughout with the dealers. High quality personal service on the day we picked up the car.

At a time when everyone is short staffed and under pressure I thought the customer service was excellent. OK, my car was only in for some minor bits and an MOT but the whole experience was as quick and painless as it could have been and the car was cleaned and well presented at the end. Thank you.
