Great sales experience apart from patchy communication. You seem to be busy :-) Steve was the right sales person for me though, low pressure but enthusiastic and knowledgable, understood what I wanted from a car, provided a great test drive, ordered exactly the right spec, put together the right finance package, very good handover experience (when Jeremy was also friendly and enthusiastic).

I had a problem a few days after taking over the vehicle and the follow up service I received from Lookers Aston Clinton in resolving the issue was exceptional. Outstanding service in every respect.

The vehicle is still showing that the service is due, so it is clear that the service indicator was not re-set. Surely one of the most basic tasks on the list. It is annoying that I will have to return the vehicle to have this done.

Paul Well was very good during the sales process and when the car was returned to have the brakes and pads changed Josh and the team were extremely helpful and dealt with the matter In a quick professional manner.
