Daniel, the person I dealt with (Aylesbury) from start to finish was absolutely amazing, not only in explaining the mind boggling features on vehicles but also the stages of process (buying and part exchanging) - he was also very kind and considerate given the vehicle I was part exchanging was my late fathers and quite emotional to part with. I would definitely recommend Daniel at Lookers for all my friends and family and will definitely buy from him again.

Car was booked in for an annual MOT, booking in process went smoothly, however after waiting for over 3 hours I had to ask why it was taking so long. Apparently the workshop was running behind schedule and had not even started on my car. This was in itself not a problem, since I was able to work from the show room, but at no stage was this unforeseen delay communicated to me. I appreciate that unforeseen delays can happen, but this needs to be communicated to your customers, in particular when they have been told they can expect a relatively quick turnaround and are waiting on site. As for the work done, it was done in a professional manner

Paul has been a star throughout the sale and explained everything at every stage of the process. This is my second car through him and would love to come back every time I’d fancy a new one.
