Yes. There is a squeak coming from under the car when the brake pedal is depressed. I have asked for this to be investigated at a prior service and on this occasion. I was told the car had had a road test, and it could not be detected, unsurprisingly! It needs a technician to depress the pedal and a colleague to be under the car to detect it. Hopefully next time!

I do not live near the Dealership so have to wait for my car to be returned - 5 hours. Having a vending machine with some snacks would be very welcome as I am not aware of anywhere close to get something to eat.

The video of the state of the tyres and brakes was indistinct and the commentary was barely audible over the noise from the rest of the workshop. I think it was a waste of your mechanics time and mine.

Ryan in service was very courteous and kept me informed of what was happening. Waiting for two and a half hours seemed too long for an MOT, car wash and wiper blade replacement.

Daniel, the person I dealt with (Aylesbury) from start to finish was absolutely amazing, not only in explaining the mind boggling features on vehicles but also the stages of process (buying and part exchanging) - he was also very kind and considerate given the vehicle I was part exchanging was my late fathers and quite emotional to part with.
