Geatly improved since my last visit.

Staff members I spoke to were very understanding of our situation and consequently had the vehicle repairs carried out very soon after the parts required had been received.

Things got off to a confusing start as I had made a relatively last minute booking online and the Dealership wasn’t expecting me. However they succeeded with my booking with only an hours delay.

Although the service cost was incorrectly quoted, this matter was resolved in a professional manner to my satisfaction by the person on the service desk and the service manager. The new location is not ideal for residents in the Chalfonts, compared with the previous Amersham location, needing 2 cars to and from some distance.

Very friendly staff and team. Everything done on time. Would be better if the dealership made clearer what was a sales desk vs service desk. One service customer stood for 10 mins at the front desk with a service query with no-one there. Eventually he was spotted and directed to the desks at the back. When having service work should customers drive right up the electronic gates or wait until asked?All small points really but with better customer guidance it would be a 5 star review.

I cancelled my order after 5 months as my ordered car build hadn’t even started. Semi conductor issue but no communication. Changed my order and purchased an alternative after only 2 weeks car is having to be recalled due to High Voltage battery failure. I am sure you can gauge my satisfaction level with Land Rover/ Jaguar. On the only positive side Emily Ellershaw has saved your reputation by her excellent service

My 23 year old vehicle was prepared for its MOT and duly passed. Lookers have done my MOT for the past 12 years with a thorough check each time following an annual reminder of check and follow up after booking. Thank you for your service.

Overall very good. The communication stream appeared to get lost for a while between service assistants, but it all got straightened out quite quickly and the work done was good. I love the "booth" style seating available for while-you-wait, which means I can get work done. One minor point is that the background "muzak" could be lower as no one in the showroom seems to really listen to it and it's loud enough to be quite distracting if talking on a call.
