The sales rep who I dealt with couldn’t have done more to make you feel welcome, took the time to explain the whole process and options available to me and made sure the vehicle was in top condition when I picked it up, overall extremely satisfied and would definitely buy another car from the same dealer/rep

Mr. Paul Carter, who is in charge of my sales, is poor at communicating just after selling the car. Until he sold the car, he had sent me emails again and again. However just after he sold the car, he doesn't have any interest after care and does not reply to my email even after sending the same contents for more than four times. It is related to refunding money and contains my bank detail, I wanted to know whether he receive it and what the situation is. I am unhappy about his customer care just after he sold the car.

The purchase of the vehicle was great, unfortunately there was a rattle on the door that couldn't be fixed before I collected it. I was telephoned for a return appointment, on arrival no one was aware of the nature of my visit, the staff were very good to have the vehicle checked. When I collected the car the window was down which should have been a warning sign. When we arrived home and shut the door it still rattled. Not very happy as it is some distance I travelled to have te repair done, was a waste of my day.

I cannot fault the customer service from Lookers, and in particular Paul's help. Though the vehicle itself has been subject to a changing fault, I'm very happy with the lengths Paul, and Emily have gone to in pursuit of resolution - it's very good that they (and Jaguar) are moving to swiftly replace the vehicle to ensure the overall experience is as good as it can be. I'll be back for another one next time around. (not offered a service plan, but I already had one on my previous vehicle, and will be transferring it over.)
