Happy with the technical fix and the interactions I had with the customer service staff. However, I believe the turnaround time could have been better. Given the experience last time when my car was with you for 3 weeks, I had specifically requested that all relevant information be provided to my service company upfront to avoid back-and-forth.Additionally, proactive communication regarding the status would have been appreciated. I only received an update when I called and despite being told I would be contacted with further information, I never received a follow-up call.

I agreed my purchase on the Tuesday with agreement of work to be done and items to be included. However, on collection 10 days later the new Jaguar floormats and boot liner had been forgotten. It took a further 10 days to finally receive these items and felt like I had to chase for them.

easy to do what i needed tokept up to date with the progress of the servicing of my vehicle.did not like the attempt to 'upsell' to a 112K service the day before dropoff. my vehicle has done 72.5 k

Generally a very good experience, good communication during the day. However, I have still not received the video health check carried out on my car. I have reminded the dealership but still have received nothing.

Rob Newbold had met us on the day we vivited the showroom for the first time, he then led us through the options and located the car that matched our requirements. Prior to collection, the paperwork was completed ahead of the appointment, so very little required to be done in the showroom, apart from a signature; the finances sorted and communication to complete these was good. The vehicle was presented in it's own 'garage', ready to go. Rob guided us through the the controls and equipment. There was also a chat with Rob to explain how we had arrived at the best option for selling our old vehicle; Rob was interested as it allowed him to have a better view for future customer options. An unexpected, but welcome event was the presentation of flowers to my wife prior to us leaving in our new Jaguar. The car is excellent, thank you Rob.
