It worked and was straightforward. Overall, service was excellent - would have given 5 stars but my expectations were set when the car arrived for a 'while you wait' service by me being told it would take an hour to an hour and a half, but it took two and quarter with no comment as to the delay. I wouldn't have minded a two hour wait, I was initially expecting it, but being told a lesser time (which triggered a change to domestic arrangements) then this not delivered was not the best. So my expectations could have been managed better.

Always looked after extremely well which is why I’ve bought from them time and time again. The after sales care is even more important.
