It worked and was straightforward.Overall, service was excellent - would have given 5 stars but my expectations were set when the car arrived for a 'while you wait' service by me being told it would take an hour to an hour and a half, but it took two and quarter with no comment as to the delay. I wouldn't have minded a two hour wait, I was initially expecting it, but being told a lesser time (which triggered a change to domestic arrangements) then this not delivered was not the best. So my expectations could have been managed better.
