We’re contacted twice about checking in line which I had already done. On arrival they were unaware I had checked in! Was efficient service. We’re advised to have a new tyre but turned it down. After looking at said tyre it was not necessary.

They are fairly good although they lack context of previous interactions and for some bizzare reason you don't seem to want a long term digital relationship with the customer as every time you go to mylookers.com you start from scratch. You can't log in and pick up the relationship from the last interaction. It's not always the case, as my experience with missing accessories after the purchase illustrated, but this interaction with Lookers Buckinghamshire was very positive.
