No-one at the service desk when i arrived so myself and another customer found ourselves standing there until a mechanic advised us to go through to the showroom and someone would meet us there. The tracking app seemed to take ages to move to next step either that or my car was being booked in for a couple of hours at least

Good friendly service with repair to boot hydraulics completed by mid-afternoon despite us dropping the car off after 10.30am. Very impressed with the servicing team.

Extremely slick set up when dropping of the car once you understand where to enter. Once through the roller doors I had dropped off my car and was supplied with a courtesy in less than 20 minutes. Also the female whom I was dealing with was very friendly and helpful.

Vehicle was in for a warranty recall, I arranged to wait for the repair. I was taken on time, staff were courteous and pleasant, I sat in comfortable surroundings with access to tea/ coffee and clean toilets. Staff checked up occasionally if I required anything. Vehicle was returned to me on time washed and cleaned. I have no issues with Lookers Jaguar Glasgow, good service all round.
