Not able to get date that suited , but on calling dealership got an appointment that suited Everything went as expected.

Your online service detailing the status and progress of my vehicle through the process of work was completely wrong and actually went backwards rather than forwards . When I went to pick my vehicle up the online progress actually said my vehicle had “arrived” however the vehicle works were complete . I had left the site and on way home before I got text saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up Your customer service representative Kim was so helpful and made our experience 5* especially when it became evident that I had forgotten to bring both keys and had to return home to get . Anyway I would have given 5* had I been informed about your drive in service facility ( which would have been fabulous had firstly I known about service , secondly had someone been there to meet me when I drove in etc etc ) . It’s a great facility . 2 negative comments are 1. Your staff should all be clearly badged so you know who is staff and who are customers 2. There are far too many vehicles out front it’s so hard to manoeuvre around . It’s actually dangerous and also with so many poor drivers abandoning cars it could be difficult for some drivers to make their way in and out of your site .

All work carried out well, but with no accurate updates on message app.

Problem was dealt with immediately and every assistance was offered by the Service Manager.

Could not book service on line Claire and carol at reveption in service area were excellent. Would have given them 10 stars!! I arranged gor car to be picked ftom home but the night before got phone call to say unable. With getting booking so difficult i had to manage hence not 5 stars

Overall the service was good and I would particularly compliment Carol Peacock for her efforts in resolving the issues. A little frustrating on the first day

Excellent service and updating from the service advisor assigned to my vehicle, however the vehicle problem is still ongoing and requires a further period of investigation and repair
