As previously stated I’d requested a new wiper blade online but wasn’t actioned on the day because you didn’t have one in stock? That was disappointing!! Disappointed that my wiper blade wasn’t replaced despite being on site all day?

As stated in previous comments Original service date was cancelled the night before after asking me to book in on-line, in addition there was a voicemail left the day before this service asking to move back to June which I never picked up until after the service.
