The ability to browse dates, times and work out what option of wait while the service is done, have the vehicle collected and returned or have a replacement car is so easy to do. I do admin for a living and this is the best booking system I have come across. Simple and easy to use while also allowing amendments and having the confirmation within a short timescale. Brilliant service From arrival to departure, I could not have been more looked after. The facilities at the showroom are 1st class and that extends to all the staff I encountered.

Not a great start however, callout for Mark (Service Manager) for pulling out all the stops to get my service and recall completed. Also, a callout for Scott Morrison for pulling out all the stops on Customer Service.

Was always kept informed as to what was happening and the provided a great and very courteous service.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better, superb experience from start to finish. My wife, daughter, grandson all were welcomed by Pawel. He made everything simple and enjoyable.

Fabulous quick turnaround and great coffee machine what’s not to like

Didn’t use online booking as I didn’t know what type of service. Phoned to book service and service plan was offered and prices explained. Said they would phone back following week and they didn’t. I had to phone them back whilst at the garage and arrange before car could be booked in for service. Was also told on phone waiting time appointment was 2 and a half hours which service department said wasn’t guaranteed. Telephone booking department wasn’t as efficient as service department staff in garage. Service Department staff were very efficient.
