I twice informed staff of change of registration and its still on the old one I was informed that the car did not have a puncture repair kit which must not have been in the car when purchased. However I opted online to purchase but it was not included. Left hanging around waiting to get into sevice tunnel. Then waiting to be attended to. The staff who did attend to me were pleasant but many staff passed by without a friendly good morning.

Proactive approach to arranging service and MOT and being kept updated on progress. Staff very helpful in person and on telephone. Great to have my car delivered back to my house instead of having to collect it. Saved me a bus journey
