Did what was expected. Everything was OK, but given that your products are supposed to be at the upper end of the mass market, would expect the experience to be a little better. Initial person receiving the car at check in didn't really give me the feeling that he was too interested. Person handing the car back at the end couldn't have been better!

Failed to record and therefore complete additional item of work Lots of positives like checking in and staff friendliness. Failed to tackle one item which I had highlighted at time of booking, at online check in and finally at face to face when physically leaving keys with member of staff. Disappointing and spoiled otherwise good service.
