At first, your Kaibain helped me to reserve the booking in early, but there was no part at last. As a result, the service and replacement had rescheduled to 1 Dec 2023, but the time was 2 p.m., so there was insufficient time to conduct the required works. Besides, I have sent two emails to Kaibain for enquiries but no reply from him. With the assistance from Kirstirea, the replacement and service will be done on 4 January 2024. The service of Kirstirea was very good

Was very happy with my service. Aaron and Kim in service reception were excellent. Would have given a 5 star but my service reminder wasn’t reset so everytime I start the car the service reminder comes on. I will drop in and hopefully get it reset over the new couple of weeks.

My 3 week old Velar had a lot water in the drivers footwell with all the carpets saturated and 'smelly' (not a good experience when you've only had the car for such a short period of time). Whilst Lynn (Service advisor) and William (Technician) tried to replicate the problem around the windscreen and body panels over a few days they were unsuccessful but did dry out the carpets. I will monitor the issues over time but if it occurs again and the issue cannot be resolved then I will want the car replaced
