I would have been 5 stars but I have not received my video feed back and any advisory paperwork to date from collection of my car.This was the only blip All staff did a great job from drop off to pick up.

Booking the service and curtesy car were 5 star. Checking in was 5 star but when asked if I could get my car back in early afternoon I was told it would be about 5pm. The car was returned to me just before 5pm. The valet was poor. My car looked as if it had just been hosed down with cold water there were marks and dirt still on paint work.

From my initial phone call to getting car back service was excellent. The young man on my initial call suggested to get my add blue topped up and then you could check the reason for service light as car not due for service. Carol in service area most helpful and welcoming
