Everything was prepared in a timely fashion and I was not kept waiting at any point of the handover. I was introduced to several people among whom were members of the management team and I was made to feel that I had become part of a family in a way.

I found myself arriving early before location opened, approached by one of the staff, it was explained that probably another 30 mins before opening, then asked if I would like a coffee, which he went and got and brought out to me, that’s what I call looking after customers. When I did get taken I found team member(Becky) very helpful.

I tried to amend my check in time and it took 5 calls to get through as i kept getting cut off when i was waiting to get through to the service team

Your whole procedure is quick and easy to do , from booking in online . Up too and including the fantastic service I received from your team . From start to finish I had Exalant service by the Lookers team . Had my car MOT and serviced. I was kept informed throughout the time my car was in . Had a minor repair which was Done the very next day with no issues ... I was a happy bunny 😁
