I think this is my best experience yet from JAGUAR GLASGOW (lookers) in my last 6 years putting my car in for a service. (Why) because this time I was having some health issues ,and couldn’t drive, in stepped JAGUAR Hillington and between myself and service department they arranged for my car to be picked up , washed first as it had been lying for a month , serviced , videoed report to myself,sent service details, and then returned car to where it was picked up. Who does this service ! Jaguar Hillington . Thank you all , team JAGUAR.

The complete journey from purchase to handover was exceptional. The sales team at Lookers JLR Glasgow made me feel special throughout the purchase experience. A big thank you to Andy Johnston (General Manager) Scott Morrison (General Sales Manager) Hannah Selley (Sales Specialist) and Jak Reid (Transaction Manager) for looking after me. All good sales departments need the support of an exceptional aftersales team and a big thank you to Mark Sheffield (Service Manager) and William Queen (Master Technician) for looking after the vehicle.

Yes. The hidden cost of £50 for fuel added to my full term financial agreement without it having been discussed prior to me seeing it after the paperwork having been signed. This came to my attention when additional paperwork was sent via email and signatures requested by my salesman. At this point I challenged and asked about the £50 fuel addition, which I could now see in this document? I had refused all other add-ons, so why would I accept this fee added to a 5yr agreement. When negotiating my deal with the salesman he was clear that he could and would give me a full tank of fuel at collection. My understanding was this was our gentleman’s agreement and the deal was done. At no point was it verbally portrayed to me that I was subject to the first £50 of this deal. When I question the salesman about this not only was he adamant about being clear on this charge? His immediate reply was to question if I had received a full tank of fuel? Well did you get it a full tank or not? (unquote) when I advised him that if I had known this I would have given him the £50 cash to save 5yrs of interest for £50 of fuel (I believe fuel is already expensive enough). He then got back to me and advised that once I had made my first financial payment, then I should then call them and pay the £50? My answer was what difference would that make as this would be only an overpayment and the 5yrs interest has already been calculated on the deal! He disagreed? This was the end of the conversation, as I needed to review how I was delt with and felt. Basically use my cooling off period which I was in. If it was for the fact I had fallen in love with the car so much I would have returned it and cancelled the whole agreement….. all over his attitude of the £50 What a beautiful car I now have but a little spoiled by the attitude of a salesman that was not fully transparent and rather obnoxious in the end. So much so that when I dropped by to collect my made up private number plate, they were left at reception for me to be given to me by your well mannered and polite front desk receptionist. No sign of the salesman? Over all ok, just a little slow waiting on the finance clearance

It took a while, but issues were sorted with hassle
