I had to send several emails to get details of the service required. I booked the service for 10 am and it was not due to start till 11:20. It would be helpful if other Jaguar dealers nearer to me (Lanarkshire) were able to offer servicing for Jaguar ev vehicles. We had to wait a long time (5hrs +), although this was due to a technician going off sick.

Text message vehicle status tracker didnt work. Thought the fault would be looked into at this visit but infoirmed whn booked in it would need another visit due to lack of technicians that day. Otherwise impressed by the new facility.

Not sure how much it helped booking in online given that I still had a bit of a wait! I had organised a test drive for the same time and waited quite a bit to be seen.However as far as the online check inn, it was easy to do. Overall a good service although the length of time is challenging given that you have to wait for so long and there is nowhere else to go, especially when you have no vehicle.The geography of your showroom is not around the corner so that does present its own problems.
