The dealership were very good and Driss Kohli in particular was excellent. Jaguar Finance, on the other hand, were a shambles - they tried to take money when they shouldn’t have and lost electronic paperwork which meant that I had to sign one form (and listing to the associated video 3 times as a result). Driss worked very hard to resolve the issues - if he hadn’t, then I was very tempted to give up. I would seriously question buying another Jaguar car in the future if the finance experience wasn’t significantly improved.

Soon after I left my car with Lookers I received a text to indicate that I could track the status of my car via the provided link however I kept receiving error messages from this despite trying to access this a number of times. Nicky provided me with a phone update on my car later on and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Can i please say how good Tony Ferati is. Fantastic to deal with and a credit to the team there at Lookers. All the staff that I met from start to finish were amazing and I will certainly recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a new / approved used car. Its more of an experience rather than simply buying a car and that's why I will go back again. Fantastic team, fantastic service. cannot thank them enough.

I was surprised at the long time between order and delivery. I realise there may have been component supply issues, eg chips, but even so it was nearly 5 months and for most of that time I was in the dark. I'm also disappointed in the paucity of information about how to work all the controls in the car. I appreciate there my be information in various online sources but I like a comprehensive manual in my hands. The cost and quality of the car in my opinion justifies it and the lack of a proper manual is poor. Maybe this is not primarily the dealer's fault but the dealer is the interface with the manufacturer and should represent the owner's interests.

I liked the friendly staff who were there to excplain and help. Made a good difference.
