Staff are excellent and I am very comfortable leaving the vehicle in their capable hands. They know their job and tend to do their best to hand over the vehicle ship shaped for trouble free use of the car till the next service.What more can a customer ask for. Thank you.

I originally visited to view a different car but it had some a number of issues that concerned me. Luckily, I spotted another Jaguar XF that was beautifully presented that I am happy with. Sales Executive Rushan was very helpful.

There was only one problem, the car I wanted to buy was wrongly described in the advert as being a petrol version, I had wanted to buy a petrol XJ rather than the diesel.

Booking was tricky. I called to book early in August and I was told that someone would call me end of month. No one did. Then I tried again in September and things move quicker but as a result I could not use my car for nearly two weeks.

My only complaint would be that on several occasions I could not get an answer to my telephone call and I had to revert to sending an email to ask for a call back on the telephone
