Very easy to use. Alison & the team are excellent & do a great job. It's always a pleasure to bring the vehicle in for work knowing it's in good hands.It was good to get my MOT completed before the tax disc needed updating on 1st July. However, the heat shield could not be carried out although it was the main reason that the car was booked in. When I booked it in, there was no request for details of the likely repair. Therefore it was a surprise that it could not be carried out. It means the shield has remained unattached since 10th April. Not the end of the world but would have been good to know earlier.
