In theory it works well, but when I tried it seemed to crash part way through so I never knew if I had checked in or not… better feedback and debugging required. The service could not be smoother or more welcoming. The facility is clean and user friendly when dropping off or picking up, despite being busy.

The online service is easy to navigate, you put your mileage in and it tells you what you need. Excellent. My car was serviced in a timely and prompt fashion, particularly like the updates via the app on what stage the car is at.
