Booking a problem and no car to replace mine in for 2 days when needed for work in NHS

On the paper work on work done it said body work not checked as to dirty which it wasn’t , you did wash it but it looked like it was done with dirty water as the marks left on it was filthy

Team don’t pick up the phone when calling for update.

My overall satisfaction was compromised by poor cleanness of car both inside drivers side and most particularly the engine bay which was very bad as evidenced by photos sent. I cannot fathom why the car was released in such a state especially following claim that car was serviced so the condition could not have been missed. I have arranged for a valet company to carry out a clean the cost of which you have agreed to cover but it should not have been necessary.

All was vg but I arrived to collect car at c4pm having been advised it would be ready from 330 only to have to wait until c430 to collect car & drive off

I did not appreciate receiving a text message two days before my service and MOT was scheduled (which was booked nearly two months previously) suggesting that my booking was cancelled, but thankfully when I called you I was advised that the text was sent in error? However I was pleased with the ultimate service provided at Lookers was very pleased with the attention given to my work provided by your service rep. Wayne Hamilton.

Communication can be better, especially when the delivery gets delayed.

The initial email, not good. No reply email. No answers. On the phone excellent. The salesman honest, 100%. I was there for 4 hours. Negotiate the part exchange, and agreed the price, before I test drive it. If he had tried to lie or not able to prove the answers he said. I would have left. In the auto trader my tax was £160. He told me it was £520, proved it and why. With the confidence of an honest salesman. I was happy to buy my car from Lookers West London.
