In theory it works well, but when I tried it seemed to crash part way through so I never knew if I had checked in or not… better feedback and debugging required.The service could not be smoother or more welcoming. The facility is clean and user friendly when dropping off or picking up, despite being busy.

The online service is easy to navigate, you put your mileage in and it tells you what you need. Excellent.My car was serviced in a timely and prompt fashion, particularly like the updates via the app on what stage the car is at.

The two people that front up the service department , shamefully I do not know their names, a woman and a man, are what make this dealership my preference. You are not particularly cheap or easy to get to but I do not feel I am being mugged off as a customer here. The last time I had a service at a JLR dealer in North London I was recommended to replace rear discs and pads at a cost of £1000. This was unnecessary work and I didn't have it done. The actual cost at an independent garage using official parts was less than half this. I am sure there are people who would have paid this. There was no question that at this dealer I was going to pressurised into unnecessary works.

Excellent work by Shaquille Nathan at Jaguar West London. Fantastic attention to detail with vehicle ordering... Arrival date was 3 months ahead of schedule. Excellent part exchange process with a fair deal on the previous vehicle. All in all a great experience and a great new Jaguar XF at a very good price indeed !
