On the paper work on work done it said body work not checked as to dirty which it wasn’t , you did wash it but it looked like it was done with dirty water as the marks left on it was filthy

My overall satisfaction was compromised by poor cleanness of car both inside drivers side and most particularly the engine bay which was very bad as evidenced by photos sent. I cannot fathom why the car was released in such a state especially following claim that car was serviced so the condition could not have been missed. I have arranged for a valet company to carry out a clean the cost of which you have agreed to cover but it should not have been necessary.
