Yes it was all good when you are purchasing the car but soon as you try to.contact then.next day or 2 weeks of trying to contact just to get some information no one calls or email you back at all. So not happy all I am requesting is some documents.

A very positive and helpful experience. Excellent service from Richard Carpenter. No high pressure selling. My only comment (that I make to any car dealer) is please stop trying to sell Gap insurance. I know it makes your money, but is very annoying. Richard was very good and did not try to push it after mentioning it
