I purchased the car (Jaguar I-Pace LP68 WJM) from you in March, so is under a 1-year guarantee. The Jaguar Remote App indicated it need a service. I phoned to make a booking and was informed there was a Re-call Notice for the car for a gearbox fault. The car was booked in for 3 days. The paperwork I was given when collecting the car made no mention of the Re-call Notice. Phoning the Service section, they could not tell me if the work had been done or not, and they would phone back. I have heard nothing!

Good morning,I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales person Miz when I purchased the car. However I was told the car had just been serviced just one month prior to me purchasing the vehicle.
