The lady on the service reception desk on ground floor is excellent. I initially took my XE in for service but ended up buying an F Type from another Lookers Branch. Unfortunately it has been delivered with an exhaust problem as well as a crackling door speaker, however, the salesman, Richard Carpenter, has been excellent dealing with these issues and has assured me they will eventually be rectified on receipt of spares so fingers crossed as it has taken the shine of my initial ownership.
