Went in got a test drive relatively quickly but then was left for around 45 minutes waiting for the salesman to finally be available to talk md through it all even though there were others available. Either way I ordered a car with them, got told it'll be ready 2 weeks from the date I ordered. Went away and got very little communication until around 2 or 3 days before i should've been picking it up where I was told it was delayed due to issues that often happen around March (but if this is a common thing why wasnt I told) I waited for more information which took a further 4 or 5 days at which they told me it'll be another 1 to 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. Cancelled the vehicle, and when trying to find out information for my refund of the deposit been met with rude customer service, putting the phone down and ignoring any communication

I spent my time coming to view and test drive a vehicle.The salesman did even bother to get back to me with a priceVery disappointing experience overall.

I got a car from you on May 2025, the car was making a humming sound and I didn’t think anything of it.. as time went on it got louder and louder.. in November 25 I reported this to my local Kia garage.. however because I had 0 warning signs on my car.. time went on with Christmas and everything.. I didn’t at the time drive my car so often.. recent visit to my local Kia garage I mentioned this (previously reported back in November 2025) and it turns out the evaporative emission control system canister is damaged. You do not check underneath the car when buying it and as time has gone on this sound has been awful. Hence why I reported it. I’m not happy this is now going to cost me £440 to get fixed. This has clearly been the issue from the beginning and just got worse over time. I feel extremely let down by lookers.

After a test drive and the derails of the second hand car I would like over a month ago!! I have never been contactedI have since ordered a new Kia from another dealer

The advisor was excellent .I just need to wait 6/12 months to be in a better financial position to buy my new car . But will be back .

writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the car care plan / warranty policy I purchased when buying my vehicle from yourselves.Vehicle details:Registration: DF19MRXVehicle: 2019 plate KiaDate of purchase: November 2024At the time of sale, I was advised that the manufacturer warranty provided by Kia Corporation would be invalid unless the vehicle had been serviced exclusively by Kia. Based on this information, I was persuaded to purchase an additional car care plan / warranty policy.I have since established that this information was incorrect. Kia’s 7-year warranty remains valid provided the vehicle has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s schedule, using the correct specification parts and fluids, and with proper documentation regardless of whether servicing is carried out by a Kia dealership.When I purchased the vehicle I was informed that the previous owner did not have the most recent service carried out by Kia prior to my purchase. However, this does not automatically invalidate the manufacturer warranty, provided the servicing meets Kia’s required standards.This confirms that I was misinformed at the point of sale and led to believe that the manufacturer warranty was not valid, which directly influenced my decision to purchase the additional policy.On this basis, I believe the car care plan / warranty policy was mis-sold to me.I therefore request:- A full refund of the policy- Written confirmation of your positionPlease treat this as a formal complaint and respond within 14 days. Poor communication. Asked about different specifications and told they’re just different. On return from the test drive, didn’t get acknowledged by any staff members so put keys on desk.
