Didn't follow up my enquiry as promised. It was Sunday when I enquired and a reply was quite prompt but as it was weekend a call was promised on Monday, didn't happen! I bought elsewhere...

I have attended kia Lookers Chester 3 times in the past two weeks regarding my media screen. It intermittently turns off and on. I was told this could possibly be a software issue. I have attempted to install the latest software update for my Kia Niro without success. You cannot navigate the user interface to install the update whilst the screen is off. My Kia app suggests at least one of the update attempts was successful. Yet the screen still turns on and off.My car is under warranty, the issue has not been resolved. The next appointment I’ve been offered to try and attempt to solve this issue is the 30th March. My car is still under warranty, I cannot utilise the safety features while it’s in the state. I cannot wait another six weeks for another appointment.I’ve attempted to liaise with the management at the Chester branch without success.

Friendly staff that took time to listen.

Good evening. I purchased a Kia Ceed just a little over 2 weeks ago. Firstly, a few days after having the vehicle, I noticed a large stone chip on the outside of the door, I didn't notice this on the day as it was raining so visibility wasn't great and it didn't stand out. I spoke to a member of staff briefly on email, who sold me the car, about my concerns for this stone chip as the paint has come off. Cautious of how it will affect the rest of the paintwork over the next few years. After 1 email back to me, I then didn't get a response to my question that I asked. Now I have a rattling noise coming from inside the car, almost like the sound of something in the door pocket and rattling whilst driving, but nothing is there. I have checked all visible and obvious areas to see if I can find the problem but nothing. So my last resort was to contact Kia Chester where i bought the car from. I spoke to a different member of staff on the phone today, who told me someone would give me a call back. But it is now 7.20pm and yet again I have been ignored. This kind of service isn't giving me great confidence in a Brand I have never bought from before. I am quite disappointed in the way I have been treated. I was told Kia really look after their customers, but as it stands to me, I don't feel this is the case at the moment. I feel let down.I am certainly not being an "awkward" customer, I just want my car to be in perfect working condition as it cost me a lot of money. The last thing I want to be doing is trying to find time to sort these small problems. But I am still a paying customer and if things ain't right then they need rectifying.
