It was fine, but still had to speak to Reception staff to arrange courtesy car, so didn’t feel there was a great deal of benefit. Prefer to speak to people anyway! Reception staff were absolutely lovely- really helpful and pleasant. Work seems to have been successfully completed within the time scale. Courtesy car was great:-)
