I was really happy with the car and the handover with Sebastian was the best I’ve had. My only faults were with Kia. I now have to spend £70 on some new car mates. Also when I got home I had to top my screen wash up as it was completely empty. Not the best start.

I used the online check in, which only required my Registration number-it had all my booking, and car details- even when the tax and MOT were due (which I screen shot for later!!) It was easy to book an appointment with a friendly telephone operative, when I got there the reception was extremely helpful. I had the work done, but left the car overnight and collected it the following day.

Sebastian made the whole process stress free ,from explaining and guiding us through the paperwork to showing the features of the new vehicle and making us familiar with the controls. This made the handover an enjoyable experience. Thankyou Sebastian.
