Luke has been pleasant to deal with throughout. During handover he was willing to sit and go through the settings/functions of the vehicle and offered support beyond the day if we had any queries.

Your test driver was very helpful and patient. Unfortunately the only Kia Picanto you had was well over my budget so we weren't able to buy from you. However we would be happy to use your services in the future taking into consideration you are rather a long way from us.

I can't fault the reception and helpfulness, but I struggle to understand why you need my car for a whole day - I'm sure a service doesn't take that long!

Excellent service , Sebastian went the extra mile and everything was explained in full to us . Relaxed atmosphere, before handing over new car everything was explained to us and questions answered professionally.
