I had heard so many good things about the Kia Niro Hybrid that I decided to take a look at one in the Chester Kia dealership. Although the lady at Reception wasn't over helpful (perhaps because I had arrived on my push bike, wearing bike clips!) she at least pointed me towards the sales team and I went across to where Luke was sitting.Luke Edwards impressed me with his friendly manner and his excellent product knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged a test drive without fuss and, following that, did everything he possibly could to find me a cancelled order or a very low mileage Niro. Please pass on my thanks to him (and to the finance manager who explained the different options) for his professionalism and positive manner.Unfortunately for Kia, Honda won the race to find me a new car within a week and that steered me back to Cheshire Oaks.
