Made the whole drop off etc a lot easier.Uncompleted jobs on my vehicle namely faulty fuel filler cover. Thanks to the swift actions by receptionist Liv Doyle my car was booked back in and fault rectified quickly. Thank you Liv Doyle, just a shame jobs were not done on first occasion. Return journey could have been avoided.

I was very pleased to have the Service Advisor (Olivia ?) make a special effort to fit me in ,at short notice,for an MOT and a service. The car was dealt with during the course of the day and I had a text when all was ready.I collected the vehicle (DG 69 EZW )to find it was cleaned and vacuumed .Thanks to all concerned at Lookers.

Courtesy car didn't happen the car we were supposed to have had a flat tyre. Obviously no-one had checked it at all.

The only 'downside' was the problem with space/parking. However, coming from the construction trade I am familiar with this problem and realise its necessity. I'm sure it will be fine in the long term.

Olivia was helping me with my vehicle and was very friendly and polite and I was seen to quickly upon my arrival. The team were able to have my car ready for collection later that afternoon and collection was very quick. Overall excellent customer service and I knew my car was in good hands.
