You mention click and drive, but service not offered

Hello,I am writing to you regarding the technical maintenance performed on a Kia Ceed CB5910BO car made on 05/24/2025. I am attaching the invoice issued by you in the email. I would like to ask you to register this vehicle maintenance in the Kia system, as Kia Bulgaria told me that it was not uploaded to the server and the vehicle is currently unmaintained, which will result in loss of warranty. The other thing I want to ask and confirm is that the mileage written during your service was in miles, not kilometers.

My Kia DG20 GDZ was serviced by Lookers kia Chester on the 8th October 25.I phoned your office on the 24th October as I needed my car back by 3pm at the latest as I had a very important medical appointment to attend and you phoned the Chester branch to ask if this was possible and they said it would be fine but drop it off earlier than the original intended time of 10.30 which I duly did at 9.15. You also told me to mention that I needed it back by 3pm when I dropped it off the following morning. I duly explained to Jody that I needed it back by 3pm and she wrote it at the top of the service sheet.Upon arriving back to collect my car at just gone 3. 15 pm due to heavy traffic, i was told it would be another half hour to complete. By this time I was agitated as I knew I was running late to get to my appointment. At 15.50 I was told the car was complete and was outside on the left hand side of the car park. Thus ensued a hunt to find my car in an absolute sea of vehicles everywhere. Eventually I had to go back to the showroom and ask could someone show me where my car was located as I couldn't find it. Jody then went to the workshop to ask the technician where my car had been parked and it was pointed out to me that it was located at the far end of the carpark by the Renault dealers. Inevitably I was late for the hospital appointment as by now it had gone passed 4pm.If I had any doubt that the service cound not have been completed by 3pm I would have booked it in another day but the fact was I was reassured it would be OK is why I went ahead with the service.On this occasion the whole experience for me of a simple car service turned into a stressful nightmare that I have no desire to repeat.I did feedback this tale via a text in response from your service department, but so far have heard nothing.

I reserved and paid reservation for a car after discussing with a guys in used sales. Contacted 2 days later to say the car had already been sold. took 2 weeks to get my deposit back

When out budget and hopes didn't match, the salesman was very keen to steer us towards new cars rather than discussing options within our budgets. I understand upselling is what they do, but it meant that we ended up going to another dealer where they actually listened to what we wanted and could afford, rather than tried to encourage us out of our budget to the shiny new car they wanted to sell. The kia salesman was very polite and professional, but didn't listen to what we were saying.

Good afternoon.I have unfortunately have to request this information and am still unable to resolve the situation.We purchased a new Kia two weeks ago and have been calling Lookers Chester to transfer a service plan over from our previous Kia. This has been a nightmare of calling every day to be told you I will be called back, we'll email you, I'll have to call emack to be told by them to call back the branch, phone lines were down. You name it there has been a barrier at every opportunity. I have found this unacceptable and very unprofessional. Here I am on weekday 10 of calling and I am still waiting for a call back. There is a lack of customer centred care as I feel that I am going through to a call centre and quite often cannot get passed them. If this continues I will consider taking the custom elsewhere.Many thanksSera WestonPrevious vehicle registration DE22 TLN to be transferred to MD25 ZFK.
