Your salesman Louis Delve was excellent. He was very informative, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately this time I couldn’t make my mind up so didn’t buy the car. This was no reflection on Louis . I wouldn’t hesitate in using your company again.

Salesman tried to sell too many add ons to the price. Too much tooing and frowing to his boss regarding the price. Lost the sale by waffling on. If he had just given us a price without the waffling he would probably had a sale. Also when he asked what car I had at present I told him I had a Niro which I said that I achieved in the summer a charge of up to 350 miles. His reply was “I don’t believe you” Not the reply you give to a potential customer. I don’t tell lies

Hello again we have studied the manual and found out its a safety thing and it can be turned off with a button on the steering wheel thanks for the reply, best regards Ian

Hello thanks for the email, so far we are enjoying the stonic, although we have noticed a strange thing with the steering when we went along the 55 to broughton the steering was trying to steer slightly to the left and sometimes to the right without us moving the wheel which is a bit unnerving at around 50 miles per hour is this normal ? or is it some play in the steering. thanks Ian

I reserved a car that turned out not to be of a standard fit for sale.I had been looking for a Seat Tarraco 2 litre petrol auto 4wd for some time and was delighted to see one on your website. It was very disappointing to find it was unavailableI think this should have been established before the car was listed for sale and the car would therefore not have been listed.The sales personnel I spoke to and emailed were more than helpful and friendly and I have received a refund.
