Decided against a new Sportage due to personal circumstances but may revisit the showroom at some point in the future. Generally a rewarding experience despite no sale this time.

From ordering to collection the service I received from Matt and Sebastian surpassed my expectations. No pressure selling. A very relaxed atmosphere, and I would have to say the best car buying experience I've had. I would give more than 5 stars if possibleI was kept informed at all stages from point of ordering to the day of collection. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy. I would return to Lookers Kia Chester for any future business.

Normally I would expect the car to be cleaned before it is returnedThis was not the case and when I questioned it, I was told that this was due to building alterations taking placeThis was not mentioned at the time of bookingThe guy doing the collect and delivery was very good
