Chaotic with building work. No pressure wash of vehicle. Had to leave vehicle overnight as workshop was understaffed and over subscribed but was not communicated until later in the day

Car took too long. On agreement gotCar build in 16 wk. Say on form. But Mine took 55 wks. !!!! Overall I happy final got the car. Not sure if I intaker light show me moving across not blinding

Louis was very friendly and helpful. His communication with us was excellent. We received regular updates from him without having to chase and if we did contact him with any questions he responded quickly and with the requested information. Would definitely come back to do business with you again.

Our purchase was split between two sales advisors, firstly Werner Hofmann who unfortunately passed, and then taken up by Sebastian Kuczynski.We initially approached our local Kia showroom at Stoneacre in Wallasey, and we're incredibly disappointed at the level of service, we made the arrangement to visit Chester where Werner looked after impeccably. We were genuinely saddened to hear of his passing and would like to pass our condolences to all who knew him.Sebastian took over the sale and was thorough and professional throughout.I'd have no hesitation recommending Lookers, and look forward to a lengthy relationship with both Lookers and Kia.

Absolutely brilliant customer service I was treated with respect and dignity.
