We are looking for a motability car, a self charging hybrid, either Kia or Toyota, as long as it is self charging, understand there may be a waiting list for a self charging car, but would like to be put on waiting list urgently. Thanks.

The are such a great bunch of people who can’t do enough for you.Adam also goes above and beyond to resolve problems and always makes sure you’re happy with everything that’s been done.A big thank you to the service team. 😀

The car is lovely however we were disappointed when we collected it . The sales man was clearly very stressed and we felt that all he wanted to do was get us out if the door. There was no walk round the cars systems and we were just given the keys ! I didn’t even know how to adjust the seat . He said they were short staffed but buying a new car should be special and this really wasn’t . A small point but we weren’t even offered a coffee ! Never ever at any car dealer have I not been offered a drink when collecting a car. Short staffing is a real pain and I appreciate that but it was a disappointing experience.

The test drive was excellent and the whole visit was relaxed and enjoyable. Unfortunately the lead delivery time on the EV6 that I was interested to buy was far too long and the part exchange offer considerably lower than I have received from rival car dealers.

SHORTLY AFTER COLLECTING THE CAR IT BECAME APPARENT THAT THE FLOOR MATS HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED ALTHOUGH IT WAS AGREED THEY WOULD BETHE CAR HAD NOT RECEIVED A PROPER INTERNAL CLEAN WITH USED CHEWING GUM IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR POCKET AND USED TISSUES STUCK BEHIND THE DROP DOWN ARM REST ETC. THAT SAID THE INITIAL CONTACT WITH THE SLAESMAN WAS GOOD AND HE WAS HELPFUL
