Lynne (Service Reception) was excellent. There had been some miscommunication when I booked in the car by 'phone, which could have caused me a lot of inconvenience. Lynne saw my dilemma and went the extra mile. Through her efforts all the work done the same day. I'm very grateful to her.

The 3* given on the communication is down to the number of incorrect emails and the persistent emails that were wrong, more recently by Mel Jones who referred to me as Mr Hay and not Mrs Hay who said that the Salesman, Louis Delve had requested that a reminder an that it would be re-sent every day - all forms had been completed on the 29th September.However, I would give 5* to Louis Delve who was professional throughout and who I would recommend to all friends to ask for if they were thinking of buying a Kia.
