I found the man who dealt with the transfer very helpful and informative. It would have been even better if he had been in the habit of speaking less rapidly as his fast delivery meant lip- reading on my part essential: I had to ask him to repeat his answers more than a few times!

Both Matthew Critchley and Dale Hart are wonderful members of your company. They went above and beyond to make our purchase simple and straightforward. Excellent customer service from the start to the collection. Thank you, both.

The car itself took a long time to come from kia, but once the dealership had it delivery was very quick and very easy.

The '2 hour' service turned out to be just short of 4 hours. My times were 1030 to 1230. I gave my keys over at 1015 and not having a 'done' call by 1230 I walked back to the dealership to be told that my car was still in work. Some time later, the receptionist informed me of a screw or nail in the tyre and would I like it repaired while I waited. I did wait, but was getting slightly vexed when I was told all done at nearly 4 hours later. The screw/nail was in the rear nearside tyre. When I started my drive back I noticed that the low pressure was being indicated in that tyre, so I then had to mess around to 'balance' the system and drive around again until the low pressure warnings went out.So, overall it turned into a rather longer day than I wanted. The 2 hour slot should mean just that and anything that is going to change that should be notified way before the 120 minutes is up.
